Cable Assembly Services

In addition to PCB manufacturing assembly, we offer comprehensive support to our customers with cable assembly services.

What Are Cable Assembly Services?

Cable assembly services involve the manufacturing and testing of custom cable and wire harness solutions. We specialize in producing high-quality assemblies that ensure reliable electrical connections for various industries.

We provide a wide variety of cables and cable harnesses according your specification. Our production combines both manual and automated cable assembly solutions, utilising a range of production techniques. We can cut, insulate, seal, crimp, and block load fully automatically, along with integrated processing of cable ends.

Crimping, Stripping & Refreshing Techniques in Cable Assembly

  • Cutting of Flat and Round Cables: Our FS 100 machine, produced by CAB, can cut cables at a speed of up to 500 meters per hour.
  • Stripping and Crimping: Insulated cables are stripped and crimped at a rate of 1,000 pieces per hour using the SC200 machine from Schleuniger.
  • Refreshing and Tinning: We offer refreshing and tinning services for cables.
  • Cable Connection Testing: We conduct thorough testing of cable connections, verifying 384 points using the Kabtec 192 tester from Seltronics.

Quality Control & Testing in Wire Processing – Our Saw Inspect system

Ensuring precision and reliability in wire processing requires advanced quality control and testing solutions.

The Saw Inspect System 6 (SIS 6) is an innovative new product that provides crimp quality assurance and quality control to the wire processing industry. This extremely compact sawing and inspection system is used to quickly create and analyze crimp cross sections by combining three individual Schleuniger quality products into one complete system:

  • The precision cutting of the SawPolish Unit (SPU 6)
  • The high-quality microscope of the MacroZoom Unit (MZU 1.3)
  • The electrolyte staining of the ElectrolyteStaining Unit (ESU 6)

The SIS 6 allows users to create cross-sectioned samples in just a few quick steps.
