According to customer’s request, we can handle the full procurement of materials listed in the BOM file, offer partial supply, or accept customer-supplied components.

Our barcode system ensures 100% traceability throughout the supply chain. Additionally, our suppliers must adhere to strict ESD and MSD handling requirements to ensure component integrity.

Whether we procure the components or they are supplied by the customer, the BOM and pick-and-place files are always required. These are essential for ensuring a smooth and efficient order processing and production workflow.
If customers provide the components, we have the following requirements:
- All SMD components should be in reel/tape not shorter than
- 1 meter or in tray/tube, suitable for automated SMT assembly. Otherwise, we reserve the right to change the assembly costs.
- The components must be properly stored and in dry condition
- Keep in mind that older electronic components may have problems with the soldering joints
- The provided components must be labeled with the appropriate description
Our production facility is equipped with dry storage shelves specifically designed for safely storing electronic components, ensuring optimal protection against moisture and environmental factors.
We have a well-organized and efficiently managed warehouse for the storage of components and materials. Our facility accommodates both components for frame orders and materials supplied by customers, ensuring optimal inventory control, traceability, and protection. All components are securely stored in ESD-safe boxes to prevent electrostatic damage and maintain their integrity.
