Certified Quality Management System & Compliance
Steiner Elektronik is certified under ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management. Compliance with IPC-A-610 Class 2 is ensured, while most products meet the stringent requirements of IPC-A-610 Class 3, ESD standards, and regular customer audits.

Advanced Testing & Inspection Processes
Our state-of-the-art equipment:
- SMD Assembly Lines, Selective and Wave Soldering Machines, Coating Equipment – Our advanced, automated soldering processes ensure consistent, high-precision quality.
- Inspection – Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) enables fast and accurate analysis of solder paste on PCBs, supported by two Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) lines and X-ray inspection for precise detection of hidden defects.
- Testers – We invest in custom-built adapters, test fixtures, and other applications, including programming solutions.
- Materials – We use only proven, high-quality production materials.
- Handling – ESD-safe tools, boards, and packing materials are used to prevent static and ensure product protection.

Incoming control
All PCBs, electronic components and other materials are verified and approved before entering our warehouse and production lines. We have implemented strict procedures to ensure thorough incoming control.

Initial sample report
Upon request, we provide initial sample reports for both bare PCBs and assemblies to meet customer requirements.

Final inspection of the PCB Assembly
A thorough visual inspection of the assembled boards is carried out at the final stage.
Key elements of our PCB Assembly inspection process include the use of advanced testing equipment such as 3D AOI, 3D SPI, In-Circuit Testing (ICT), and functional testing.
